Yesterday while coming back from school an announcement caught my attention. The title said something about a driving school nearby... Automatically I associated it with the driving school run by my uncle. I still can remember the times when he was establishing it. He needed to invest huge amounts of money in it. Entering a partnership with three of his friends was a must to gain the needed starting capital and get the business running. The first steps towards a good start of a company are often the most difficult ones. At first I thought that was just an ordinary advert. You know - phone number, website address and an encouragement to take part in the driving instructor course the school organizes. After taking a closer look I read about a big promotion organized due to permanent lack of candidates for driving instructor course. The brochure contained an explanation of the main features of the promotion, stated the level of prices and encouraged especially young people to the issue of driving instructor training Personally, I think that driving instructor course cannot attract too many people in long-term effect. Not everyone is capable of becoming an instructor and finishing the driving instructor training without any problems.
